Pros

Big pay increases to 90% of employees in 2019 and 2020. Culture is huge here. Be a part of the team or move on. “Buy in” is key in the industry and is no exception at ViaQuest. Work hard and you will be recognized and rewarded.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

- All the bosses I met were incredibly kind to the clients and seemed to truly care about them. It can be hard to reason with some of the clients, but they all did a really good job and tried to recognize good work in their employees. - The home managers were available even when they didn't/ shouldn't have to be. - The hours vary on where you work, but I enjoyed mine. - Of course the clients become a big part of the reason you like your job, so here's that obligatory bullet point. - They do want to pay their employees better. It's really not their fault that they can't, it's a statewide problem. I mean, they did use their refund entirely on increasing everyones pay.

Cons

- The biggest issue I had was whoever was in charge of inputting whether or not we had a training, had auto insurance, etc. I would get a letter every few months that stated I needed this or that, but I never needed it because I had it already. And when they would respond and say they would input it , I still got a letter about it. - The scheduling is good, but they do not always communicate with you, which puts pressure on the home manger. - Sometimes the hardest part can be the coworkers or a coworker. Like, you'll know they do their job, but they don't always treat the clients the kindest and there's nothing you can really do about it.
