Friendly co-workers, potential ability to make an impact. Chance to see the countryside

Cons

Poor direction at management level. Direction changes from lack of long term planning. Implementation of technology that goes against recommendations and best interest of the company. Lack of investment in technology that would make the company more competitive.

Pros

Commission is very competitive, and they are family oriented. The stores are fun and there is a lot of money to be made.

Cons

Raises are not good. I've been with them several years and still don't make a whole lot more than when I started. Upper management is very two faced. A couple of the territory managers are very bad people.
