Pros

Viaero is one of the few technology organizations employing folks within the footprint within they operate. They have an extremely strong network and are growing fast, allow for frequent internal advancement. The CEO is truly visionary in nature and I've found that the leadership team he has assembled are quite competent and enjoyable to work for. Culture is great and I've been given the opportunity and tools to succeed. Great benefits and wages too.

Cons

If in the field, drive time can add up as the footprint of operations is substantial. Travel can be tough, but company vehicles are always available, and the vehicle perk is a nice benefit so I can't complain.

Cons

As with any retail position, there is a need to keep the local store staffed at all times, which entails some evening and weekends.
