Pros

The benefits are very good but word is that they're being gutted. Pay is okay.

Cons

Layoff happy company who is falling from grace due to CEO betting everything on outdated tech while competition is eating their lunch. Do yourself a favor and stay well away. Work environment varies drastically on project and location. Can be amazing and relaxed for some and a toxic mess for others. Guru was brought in to gut employees to try (and is failing) to gain profitability at the sake of innovation and well being.

Thank you for the review. Over the past several months, our leadership team has worked to mitigate the impact of various shifts in our business. There’s a limit to what can be shared broadly in situations like this, and we understand the unfortunate frustration that this can create. That said, we truly value your feedback and are committed to being as transparent as possible to help our employees understand the rationale behind difficult decisions and all the tradeoffs considered. We wish you the best of luck in your future career!

Pros

-At the time, the work from home/work-life balance was great -small teams -easy to reach manager

Cons

-no structure -management will tell you one thing and mean something totally different -everyone will tell you things are ok when they actually are not -you will never know where you stand unless you are in their “club” -office politics -you will have to know how to progress the group with little to no information or real collaboration
