Pros

At the beginning, company was very promising, stable and they got decent compensations and good culture.

Cons

Slowly things started to change and decline, bad strategic decision lead to a very tough situation and everyone is scared of an inevitable layoff. things keep changing, it has become very chaotic recently. they changed the upper management and they brough incompetent people. once was a great place to work at, now it's a nightmare.

Pros

Benefits were amazing. Worked from home, cost of benefits was outstanding, flexible time off, and unlimited sick for you and immediate family members. Great maternity leave program - benefits is what kept me there for so long

Cons

Culture was first very attractive, but it turned. New leadership, new acquisitions - it started to decline. After large layoffs and stock pricing, I would be nervous to start a new role with Viasat.
