Pros

In the past was a technology leader.

Cons

Disrupted by Leo satellites. Starlink is winning their airline customers. Revenue is extremely tight due to two failed satellites. They were counting on the sats for cash flow revenue. Because of this, have been multiple layoffs and voluntary layoffs. They have lost a lot of their experienced people. The layoffs mean same workload but with fewer people.
