      flexible timings teach stack leave policy

      Cons

      No work life balance it is becoming a service company. No growth if you are teach lead or engineering manager you are stuck there is no carrer path and carrer development plan Very rude higher management higher management delegates all the work and enjoy their time In office socializing. They hardly sir and discuss the problem or try to create solution. very less facilities like transportation and food.

      No pros u can see, ppl here preferred only south indian ppl

      Cons

      Lot to say here for cons 1. if u r north indian don’t try to be part of this worst company 2. managers says something else do something else 3. they will insult u 4. they think they can say anything to u and u will beg to them
