      All latest technology and tools are used. Good company for learning if you want to.

      Cons

      No vision for the company. Lot of politics. No one has clear idea on what is going around the company.

      Viasat takeover complete. Important to retain / align the best of culture and values.

      Pros

      Empowered and trusted to do my job. Strong leadership and support networks in place. Teamwork and collaboration runs throughout the company as does a high performing culture.

      Cons

      Very dynamic time over the last 2-3years with multiple CEO changes and now the acquisition by Viasat could have been a difficult time for some. Personally, I feel the communication and leadership implemented mitigated this to great effect.
