Pros

The company has a good compensation program and it is a great place to learn and be challenge to find solutions for multiple and innovating projects.

Cons

If you are not in US, you will not be consider a 1st tier employee, which means that you will never have leverage to fulfil your role as head of a sector because of the need to be constant asking for approval to colleagues that may not be as much as an expert as you, but because the simple fact that person is at US in directly contact with stakeholders. After all, from my experience, the company gives more importance to money than to people.
