      Pros

      Most people are smart and cool coworkers and we have a California relaxed dress code which makes it great year round.

      Cons

      There is nothing really in the downside but fine tunning this is really a modern company that is doing R&D and great projects

      Pros

      Learned a lot. Co-workers were very helpful in anything you needed help in. Hours are very flexible. You can take time off whenever needed (although, not too frequently). Location is excellent.

      Cons

      Not enough projects. No bench. So, if there is nothing for you to do, you get sent home (meaning no paycheck).
