Pros

Casual work environment and flexible hours are a definite plus. You have a lot of independence and flexibility, as long as you deliver.

Cons

Daily time-cards are a hassle. Everything is project-managed, leaving little room in the budget for systemic improvements or projects.

Pros

Relaxed environment. Health club next door. No ethnic cliques. Interesting work.

Cons

Performance reviews are more a guage of popularity than an actual review of goals accomplished. Peers are selected to evaluate your performance and their comments are cut and pasted into the review, and that IS the review.
