Pros

Viasat is great company for the following reasons: - Interesting projects which required the study of new techologies - Good salaries and benefits package which includes bonus, health+dental insurance, working from abroad, home office equipment cover

Cons

There are not enough training packaged for new joiners. If you join Viasat, it means that you will have to spend a lot of time just on studying.

Pros

A bit ambiguous. You are expected to march to your own drum and get things done without all the hassle of policies procedures and tasks that give you the run around. Great co workers. Great benefits.

Cons

A bit ambiguous.. if you’re learning, it is difficult to learn the right way to do things.
