      Pros

      I’ve only been at Viber for two months, but I already feel so happy and content here. The vibe is exactly what I was hoping for — supportive, fun, and genuinely collaborative. My managers are amazing: they trust me, guide me, and make me feel valued every day. Work-life balance is great, and the product is constantly developing and improving in exciting ways. I really feel like I’m part of something meaningful and dynamic.
