      Pros

      I’ve only been at Viber for two months, but I already feel so happy and content here. The vibe is exactly what I was hoping for — supportive, fun, and genuinely collaborative. My managers are amazing: they trust me, guide me, and make me feel valued every day. I am involved in other projects aside from recruiting already, and work-life balance is great. The product keeps evolving in exciting ways, and I really feel like I’m part of something meaningful.

      I’ve only been at for a short time, but I already feel like part of the team. Everyone’s been super welcoming, and the vibe is really positive and down-to-earth.
