Pros

I can't speak highly enough of this company. - Work life balance is important, they don't apply unreasonable pressure or create deadlines that make no sense. Managers look out for their staff and actually care about how they are coping with their lives in general. - very active HR department that arranges fun social events and works hard to maintain a great company culture - competitive salary and support for internal mobility - strong technology stack operating at a super high scale.

Cons

I honestly can't see any.
