At one point, willingness to innovate (if not follow through) but that isn't true anymore

Cons

Crowded space, clueless leadership, cronyism, promotions are a popularity contest, only financial growth is firings to save money

Pros

If you have no real passion and have minimal experience combined with no work ethic, it's a great place to flourish and expand your job title.

Cons

-Inexperienced management team -Failing technology and product -Money spent on frivolous activities for show (while people get made redundant, fired or quitting) -Moral is very low, people openly searching for new opportunities -Terrible or non existent leadership and lack of focus

Bagel Friday The people Did I mention bagel Friday? Adequate benefits Good pay

Cons

All the C-suite left or were fired in October 2013 Inexperienced executive staff left in place Just had a second round of layoffs (March and June) Decreasing revenues for 3+ years running Product suite is aging and not being replaced any time soon All the tech and business 'A' players have left or been involved in the layoffs CEO has cut himself off from the company and is holed up in France
