Pros

Young, energetic company with many people that are passionate about the product. Compensation is at or above market rate. Excellent benefits. Many fun events/parties. Company well funded.

Cons

Too many managers overall across the business. This results in VP's/Executives fighting for power or pandering for attention of the 2 owners rather than focusing on their duties. Because company grew rapidly there are many people that were promoted to management positions for which they are not qualified. Some managers (not all) openly treat their employees poorly with no consequence.

Pros

It is a fun and young work environment and everyone enjoys hanging out with each other. However, it was more fun when it was smaller and the workplace has started to sour as the economy took a dive.

Cons

The upper management tier has too many people, half of which are totally undeserving of their positions. There are too many VPs at the company and half of them have been brought from outside (from big name companies) and not from within. As a result its hard to move up and the company doesnt know how to recognize true talent as many of the people at the top know they are not worthy of their status.

Very poor management selection; if you're from a big named company you are guaranteed a high ranking job here no matter how skilled you really are.
