Vibrant was good to me for a while, but became too much after a year

-Really gives you a sense of ownership over your work -Excellent health benefits -Flexibility to telecommute occasionally -Great people, awesome family-like atmosphere -Frequent raises, bonuses

Cons

-Work hours (9-6, no pay for lunch) -No work/life balance, expectation is for employees to be connected at all times and take work home nightly and each weekend -Unclear promotional/growth path for AdOps

While business focus is primarily on Product, Technology and Sales, employees are set up to succeed across the organization. People are valued especially those who are contibutors and demonstrate hard work and focus on solutions. The ad types and value proposition for marketers is advancing dramatically which puts the future of the company in good standing.

Pros

Vibrant for me is about two main things, the people and the opportunities. The employees in the main are very talented and passionate about what they do and it is individuals like this that succeed at Vibrant

Cons

I believe that some of the managers in the business have been promoted, as they are great in their specific functions. However not all of them have the aptitude or desire to manage people well. This is an area Vibrant needs to review.
