Pros

If you like selling and working with cutting-edge technology, it's the place you want to be. Exciting and fast paced; the motto is "work hard, play hard". Open environment (no cubicles) makes for easy communication locally. Company has a global presence and a strong business model to expand even further. Benefits package is great. Employee training is encouraged and funded.

Cons

Difficult to grow teams organically when the company is growing so fast.

- Opportunity to have an impact - Hard work is rewarded - Work in a friendly environment - Big enough to feel like you are learning something new every day - Small enough to feel like what you're doing is making a difference

Cons

- Fast paced environment, can sometimes feel too fast when having to change focus or direction, after putting time and energy into something.

At Vibrant Media you are surrounded with hard-working and passionate people that take pride in their work. Everyone here is recognized for their contributions and management is great at promoting within.

Cons

Vibrant Media is a fast-paced environment, things change fairly quickly and you need to be able to manage your time and responsibilities well and learn to grow and adjust to the changes. Also, there is no 401K matching
