Pros
Met some very cool people. That were loyal and honest but very few of those you will find at Vibrant Media but the ones I met counted for the time i did there. Lol yeah sounds like a prison.

I will be honest I never care to put anything up but after seeing the recent positive reviews i had to put my foot down. I am not surprised how they were all posted on the same day. i will get to the point. This has to be HR or someone internally trying to cover up thier bad smell for a corporation. They are everything you wouldn't want to be a part of. First off they mistreat you based on what. well let me say how much butt you kiss. Or if they feel you can be a likable person. I saw a recent post where they mention how so many people leave and that's why they are always hiring. Yes they always hire because people leave all the time. Here's the worst part they are known to bring or recruit people from bigger companies and use them to leverage their company. I have to say that is shameful because once they get what they want they let you go as fast as they wanted to recruit you in. I guess the reason for this is because they try to convince you to join by throwing a huge salary in front of you but what they have in mind is that its only temporary since you wont stink around for long. They cut you as soon as they feel they got what they needed from you. So shameful. My advice is stay away from this place. if you get recruited be very careful of what they promise you.
