Pros

Solid company with solid products. Great benefits and room for growth. You have to work hard and stand out. Good work ethics are a must to be successful. Great training and support.

Cons

I'm sure there are some but I have not encountered any significant enough to be noted.

Short commute to home, employee conveniences like cafeteria and post office.

Cons

No room for advancement. Engineering, sales and marketing teams rude, arrogant, and egotistical. Support staff all resentful and in constant fear of being replaced. Employees pressured to contribute to charities so the company looks good to the community.

Pros

The health care and 401K were good.

Cons

To start the new hire program was outdated and lacking. Training was so far from what you actually experience in the field that it was a waste of time. Managers are selected and promoted based upon relationships with higher management as opposed to dedicated, knowledgable, hard working, employees. HR is lacking in their processes, to say the least, and they do not know how to handle internal employee issues. A work/life balance is preached and preached but never respected. Overall, the compensation is definitely not worth the headache.
