Was in the company's CPS Department. Once they put us under the Marketing Dept's flag things got less like a family atmosphere and more like Corporate Cutthroat. They are more concerned with filling out paperwork and doing more administrative work than getting the drawings finished, but you still had to get the project finished. CPS Departments in other parts of the could not or would not be consistent with drawing standards. Too much time is spent reviewing their work because they couldn't be trusted
