      leader in mechanical joining technologies and respected in the business for its products and ability to innovate. my peers and other junior sales people were awesome group. great support from corporate functions back at the main office

      sales leadership is terrible from the upper tiers to the top. The guidance and training we get from them is terrible, even when we ask for help and assistance. If you ask your manager's manager, then you will be abused for being critical of one of the few favored by sales leadership. At the top, this system is actually the preferred way of doing things until you earn favor or as they say your stripes. The commission structure and incentive structure also favors the old guard and the sales leaderships favoritres, and watch for your sales leader to take credits for your efforts.

      Decent product with good market reputation.

      Cons

      Vacant leadership, void of direction. Arrogant sales management that demeans and micro manages the sales force. Capped commission structure that does not allow someone who wants to make real dollars the ability to achieve it.
