      Pros

      Some really good people work there.

      Cons

      Micromanage you to no end. Zero work life balance, management expects you to work past your normal day. The workload is overloaded to the point of burnout. It is very cliquey and you will not advance without kissing butt. Did I mention that they will micromanage you? Low pay for the amount of work they give you. Customer care is not a launching point to a great career...is a black hole of misery and management who will beat you down.

      Pros

      They keep harping about not laying anyone off. So yeah they likely won't lay you off For mechanical engineering work you will get to grow your knowledge Benefits are rather good and cheap

      Cons

      Management incentivizes schmoosing and not actually doing good work. They are extremely risk averse no matter how much they talk about innovation. Innovation often means failing. Management are petrified to "look bad" in front of higher management though they're not fooling anyone.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were good, remote work was an option.

      Cons

      Had multiple interviews that were hours long, that I had to take time out of my day to prepare for, and the product manager and HR just ghosted me. I wouldn't recommend working at a place where they don't have the decency to just email or call you back after giving them hours of your time.
