Most of the non-management employees are intelligent, competent, and decent human beings. If liking your coworkers is your only requirement for being happy in a job, this might be the place for you.
Cons
Near-sighted management. Imports most supply chain talent from Carrier instead of developing the employees and promoting from within. Below industry average pay. 1950s view of the world. Motivation through fear. No work-life balance. Only one director in the Easton facility is female. Management that is good at shifting the blame and taking credit for the work of others. Sales team that is unable to accept any of the shortcomings as faults of their own. Organization focuses entirely too much on sales and not enough on the production/supply aspect of the business. Manager feedback that is rude or demeaning is considered perfectly acceptable. New hires are brought in with little o no training and expected to solve the problems of the Victaulic world. Seasoned employees are expected to do the same without being equipped with the proper tools to act effectively. Low morale and management that either doesn't notice or doesn't care.
