Pros

Great discounts, empowering environment, friendly staff

Cons

The attendance policy "point system" is pretty insane, especially in the first 30 days. someone I know had legitimate reasons for being late/calling in (such as unplanned car emergencies and a literal fever) and almost got fired for it. I understand wanting employees who are reliable but having zero exceptions to the rule is so disrespectful and shows they really don't care about the people who keep their business going, imo. Also, managers don't get points, so they can take whatever time they need and the rest of us have to bend over backwards to avoid losing our jobs.
