Pros

The only pros I can remember from this job during my time there was an annual holiday bonus equivalent to your normal paycheck, and coworkers are all super cool. I ended up with a couple coworkers I still consider friends to this day despite no longer working there.

Cons

- low pay - zero WFH options. If youre not feeling 100% and have a slight cough, too bad, take PTO. Sitting in traffic for 2 hours? Don't be late or have to take 10 mins of PTO to make up for the 10 mins you ended up being late. - the job itself is boring - Management did not care about employees. Often felt like management/HR vs employee staff. - No room for professional advancement. Don't think I ever saw an internal promotion during my time there.

Pros

Offered a high base salary

Cons

Terribly run organization from a sales perspective - no sales targets, no sales enablement tools, no quotas/commission. 5 days a week in an office with no culture, no company events, boring environment. Lower-level employees forced to work in office while the upper management sits on their boats/works remote. Very few holidays off, no sick days and no PTO - employees have to fake illnesses to get time away. Company lies to their customers by marking up their ticket costs online, basically charging their customers more than they advertise to make additional money. Incredibly shady company that I would not recommend working for after being there 6 months.
