      Pros

      None that I can think of besides being remote.

      Cons

      Well they emerged with another company as part of an acquisition. We were told repeatedly that we would not see any reductions in workforce anytime soon. That was clearly a lie. They gave the minimum amount of severance after laying off people with 6 weeks until Christmas. My advice for anyone who is in management is to leave before they do this to you.

      Honestly, none. I couldn’t find a single meaningful positive during my time here.

      Cons

      1. Toxic and unhealthy work culture. 2. Heavy micromanagement with zero trust. 3. Absolutely no job security. 4. Promotions driven by favoritism, not merit. 5. Poor onboarding with no product explanation. 6. Leadership lacks clarity, direction, and accountability. 7. No recognition or real growth opportunities. 8. High attrition and low team morale. "You’re better off staying unemployed for a while than joining here — you’ll end up unlearning more than you learn."
