Pros

Retail is a pretty good place to start if you want to get the hang of sales. Training at Victra was pretty extensive, which is good. Hours are alright, but have slowly been walked back by corporate. Managers can be pretty nice and helpful.

Cons

When traffic is down, you're suffering. HQ's lead lists are pretty awful and often include customer information that is entirely inaccurate. Inventory management software is notoriously bad and problematic. The hourly rate is awful, and the commission rate isn't much better. How much you make is almost entirely determined by the location you end up at, or if you're good about putting yourself out there within the community you're working in.
