Pros

Represend a great brand "Verizon"

Cons

Too many to list. Honest $ 7.50 an hour and commission changes every day, you are expected to sell wireless products even if no one comes into the store? If the top manager likes you theypromoted you to a manager in four months if not you will stay as an agent for life...providing you sell phones to invisible customers. By the way, if the store does not sell what management directs..the manager earns little over $7.50 per hour. Stay away there is no respect from upper management they treat you as dirt, not humans.
