      A wellness company that doesn't really care about employee wellness

      Pros

      Good mission. Intelligent and fun people to work with. 100% remote.

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership and management. Vida's business model is constantly changing and there is no clear vision or transparency. Sales team is constantly selling what operations team is unable to deliver. Leaders are controlling and underutilize employees' talents and definitely do not care about their professional growth. HR is in its infancy and can't even answer simple questions. Providers are treated like pawn pieces in a chess match and do not matter to leadership.

      Remote work, they used to have good benefits but some have been cut, coworkers who care about the mission

      Cons

      Uncertainty about the future of this company. Multiple layoffs and now people are leaving on their own. Distrust among upper leadership, benefits being reduced, very flip flop organization as they say one thing then do another, no 401k match.

      It was a great comapany with great benefits until 2023.

      Cons

      Major cuts starting January, ridiculous hourly fee. It went from great company in 2022 to awful and shameful in 2023.
