I've really enjoyed working at Vida Health. The salary and benefits are on-par if not better than a lot of other startups at the same stage and unlike other high-growth startups Vida actually puts a large emphasis on work/life balance and the mental health of their employees. The mission for the company is personal to the CEO and much of the staff and there's a true purpose to the work that's being done. The company is seeing great momentum and rapidly growing it's client-base.

Cons

Typical to a lot of startups there isn't any kind of 401k match.

Positive mission, combination of mental and physical health services makes for a great product.

Cons

Disorganized, lack of communication between teams, mismanagement, very little training for new SDRs. The industry is seasonal and the value proposition is weak. Quota is unrealistic with no adjustments in sight.
