Pros

- Many mission-driven colleagues (providers + corporate) - Opportunities for cross-functional collaboration - 100% remote

Cons

- Trajectory of the organization: downward spiral - C-suite is paranoid, over-reactive, verbally combative, and willing to chase whatever program will win the next contract - While the employee base is geographically diverse, leadership is largely in SF, and the Bay area culture (we don't need to really care about employees - this is tech, expect layoffs) is thinly-veiled - No 401K match - Understaffed HR department (and that was before the recent layoffs that gutted the department)

Pros

Previously there had been flexibility, but that is getting to be less. Full time opportunity

Cons

*A third round of layoffs leaving the bare minimum of providers. *Back and forth about what the expectations are for a full time employee *Being told providers will need to be more efficient, but not providing the support needed *Only being paid for time that you speak to members and a very few meetings. Your time is not valuable so even if you are available for members, you may not get paid for that time. *For a health company, they do not value the mental and physical health of their employees. Minimal PTO and sick time, 5 floating holidays per year, you can't work on holidays without permission-you don't get paid if you don't take a floating holiday that the salaried employees don't work. You can't work more than 8 hours a day, but to actually log that many hours, you have to be available more than that. *Very strict with how you can coach. *lack of transparency from upper management *If you are seeing positive reviews, those are likely from upper management to round out the numbers. *no pay raises for 2 years *many benefits taken away

Pros

Helping members improve mental and physical well-being by utilizing proven motivational interviewing skills. Supportive community of providers High level of collaborations between providers to support the members to optimize outcomes.

Cons

CEO and Board of Directors not transparent; over promised, under delivered; misleading communications which alienated entire provider base.
