Pros

Flexible work hours (you can set your own availability), autonomy, encourages advanced skills such as Motivational Interviewing, offers free continuing education, flexible PTO and wonderful health benefits, consistent check-ins with your team and leads, opportunities for growth, self-paced, encourages work/life balance

Cons

Only downside is sometimes the member interaction is sparse and you can't really predict when they'll show up for an appointment. This is probably seen in many telehealth companies and something the company is trying to maneuver.

Pros

The ability to work from home with a flexible schedule are both very positive. I enjoy working with smart and innovative people from across the country. There has been a lot of growth and product enhancements. I feel valued as part of the team and the culture is very positive.

Cons

Since this is a start up, there are always changes and improvements, so this type of position is best for someone who doesn't mind change.

Vida Health is changes lives! We see the benefits of our program and coaching daily as our members achieve their health goals. As a company, Vida has grown tremendously in the past few years but has always put its employees and contractors first. Vida offers great benefits as well as a wonderful work-life balance. Working fully remote for the past year has enabled me to spend more time with my family, continue to share my nutrition knowledge, and decrease my carbon footprint by no longer commuting an hour to work!
