Pay and benefits, one senior leader is the glue holding the ship together from the “Danabots”. With him, its a ticking time bomb.

Cons

Work life balance, senior leadership is a revolving door, (3 gm’s in the last 3 years) typical corp games, support is dwindling and are not being replaced, departmental communication is nonexistent,

benefits are great, you receive a free car with free gas for field service, 401k matching

Cons

long unpaid for hours (i'm talking 10-12 hours a week unpaid for) that will almost definitely violate your states labor laws when it comes to commuting from a work at home job. business ethics tend to fade on the field service level, and you end up working with highly dangerous volatile chemicals for around 6-8 hours a day with minimal protection. there is also NO advancement. you can do the same field service job for decades without promotion to a different position.
