Pros

Good benefits and pay. Great place to learn and expand upon your sales techniques so long as you can manage the pressure. Nice college tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Intense resource constraints that negatively impact customers. Poor leadership with purposeful conflict among teams prevent collaborative efforts. Managers are hyper focused on funnel management, but offer little help on opportunities. Unlimited PTO, but targets and goals are so high that you won't be able to enjoy that benefit.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Learned a lot about continuous improvement.

Cons

Very internally competitive culture. A lot of Kaizens that didn’t result in a lot of positive change - poor execution after the fact.

Pros

- Flexible hybrid schedule - Danaher Business System knowledge

Cons

- Leadership team is homogenous. - New employees critically evaluated. - They expect you to do the job of 3-4 people and take pride in it. If you ask for help or resources, you are positioned as someone who shouldn't advance within the company.
