      Salary; Sales Incentive; Benefits, Broad product range and offering.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management, lack of communication and transparency, Autocratic, micromanagement. Perceptions seem to be managements reality. Too many staff, especially management and sales areas / geography does not seem to be logically divided amongst sales people.
