Horrible environment

Pros

Decent pay, good people at lower levels really trying to do the right thing, good benefits.

Cons

Work environment was competitive to a point of most people working under the constant fear of losing their jobs. Executive level management turnover like I have never witnessed before and such a huge disconnect between this level and the rest of the organization. President didn't even know most people in the mid-level and below, wouldn't acknowledge you in the hallway. Very cold, unfriendly place to work.

Pros

Can't think of anything at all!

Cons

trained by the three stooges. who don't know how to train. Manager lets the three stooges run the helpdesk. Manager is a crisis Manager. Never gets involved unless its a Crisis. Manager thinks employee who blows into a tube who clearly has a drinking problem is a funny situation. HA HA you just hires an Ancoholic! Very funny. Not a friendly environment!!!!!!

Pros

Parking lot has many open spaces due to high turn-over. Awesome promises made during interviews! The scheme of the product ID industry keeps Videojet on course beyond comprehension!

Cons

Videojet is manipulated by a tiny segment of engineers with bald heads. They have fooled every single president, director and manager (Countless) since Danaher acquired VJ. This is why the tiny segment survives. Beware of this scenario. The viability of a future with videojet does not last beyond several quarters.
