Pros

Videojet is a fantastic company to work for. I've worked for plenty of different companies in my working career but Videojet is the one I've enjoyed the most. The job is challenging but rewarding with hard work being easily recognized by customers and management. The culture is open and inviting to new ideas and suggestions. Various levels of support throughout the company so you're never really alone trying to solve a problem.

Cons

Travel can be a bit of drag. Training is mostly in Wood Dale IL so depending on where you live, you may have to fly
