      Videojet is a great company and has great people working for it. They are always striving to be better and to serve our customers more efficiently and to a greater degree.

      Cons

      It is a very large company with the red tape that comes with it.

      Pros

      You have the opportunity to learn, work with, and grow with really smart people. There are opportunities for moving across departments, regions, and other companies within the parent if you deliver results.

      Cons

      While efforts are being made by senior leadership to make the company more rewarding and fun, it's a slow process and a few leaders still need help being polite and engaging. Many changes at the VP/GM level the past 5 years makes consistent direction difficult as they all need to make their mark on the business.
