Pros

Culture both a pro and a con. Relaxed and fun environment, but promoted lack of professionalism

Cons

Make it seem like they are always on the verge of something amazing, but then the "amazing" never comes to fruition. Lay people off after building up staffing, and the execs get to spend whatever they want on "business development"

Pros

Smart people, great work environment, friendly, relaxed coworkers. Good pay, lots of perks.

Cons

Each year an entire department seems to get laid off - it was sales one year, training the next year, technical support, quality, business analysts before that. Job security is a question mark and due in large part to engineering management. Heavy reliance on offshore (Minsk) resources make it foggy about who's calling the shots - they are given a lot of latitude.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed our company and all of its perks. To provide you with some insight regarding our Technology Team: we are constantly evaluating how we build our products to delight our customers. In general, our development processes are in line with some of the fantastic technology companies we all know and admire. We have also worked very closely with our offshore teams to ensure they are aligned with our key objectives and efforts as well. But most importantly, our evolution has greatly influenced the growth of our employees. We've focused on training them on the ad tech industry and our business objectives, and giving them different challenges and opportunities they enjoy other than their day-to-day responsibilities. The result of this work has been year-over-year improvement in virtually every key development metric, such as features completed, releases done, bugs resolved, and productivity. These efforts have also resulted in our retention rates being much higher than industry norms - a huge testament to the work our leaders have put forth to engage and inspire their employees! However, our team's evolution may not be for everyone. Some of our team members will grow along with us, whereas other members may seek more traditional roles elsewhere, and that is totally understandable. We appreciate the feedback, and will definitely consider it as we keep re-evaluating how we build and engage our teams.
