While we’re happy to hear that you enjoyed your teammates and our work culture, we’re very sorry that some of your experiences - and our Glassdoor ratings - left you feeling concerned. We want to take this opportunity to provide additional clarity to some of the statements you made in your review. As you can see from our Glassdoor site, we are very active in providing a real look into Videology’s work culture… and we understand the voice that Glassdoor’s platform has given us. Providing such a transparent look into our world includes giving current and former employees the opportunity to express their unfiltered views of our company. That way, we’re giving potential candidates a real glimpse into what it’s like to work for Videology and attracting those who like what they see. On Glassdoor, we’ve enlisted the platform’s best practice of enthusiastically encouraging employees, including senior management, to write reviews about our company. As we’ve stated before, Videology is made up of a truly diverse workforce from a variety of schools, experiences, and locations…who hold various positions with us. We’re very proud of our team and the culture they’ve created. We ask our current employees to utilize various means to provide us with feedback; we also ask them to be solutions-oriented with us to generate the most positive employee experience imaginable. We have some big goals to achieve in 2017 and we feel pretty confident in our ability to transcend the competition through our uniquely converged software.
