Pay structure was fair. Bonuses and annual reviews were fair.

Cons

It was rare to meet anyone who had been with the company more than a few months. Most seemed to view the company as just another stepping stone in their career paths. No real loyalty to the place or real commitment to company goals.

Good work life balance, nice colleagues, positive company goals and spirit.

Cons

Very disorganized management and high turnover. Hiring of more and more managers/executives and less doers. Unclear growth trajectory. Overall just becoming less desirable

Big things happening, great team, meaningful mission. Engineering and product leadership is smart, authentic, committed. Lots of exciting opportunities for growth. Marketing and HR areas are maturing Flexible hours

Cons

How are we tracking for goals, bonus? Need a career ladder CTO not involved and doesn’t communicate with engineering/tech team Tech growing pains result in some long hours
