Pros

Lots of opportunities to work well with patients. Clinical team needs more support that just given directive. Team mostly short staffed but good team of go getters.

Cons

Practice Doctors and leadership are not on the same page. Puts patient interest and staff caught in middle. Leadership is not strong, mostly reactive and changes priorities constantly to a fast moving, fast growing environment. Leadership focused on checking off boxes, unaware of how they are perceived by minorities. It is obvious that they lack awareness of minorities.
