      Fast-paced environment with changing priorities but a great organization doing important work

      Pros

      - Relatively flat organization. Smart colleagues with a strong enthusiasm for creating great products. Opportunities for growth, and taking on projects of personal interest.

      Cons

      - Design is in a nascent stage so there are growing pains, but hopefully they will be eased as we grow - Diversity, equity, and inclusion is being pioneered by a small group, but does not yet have organization-wide visibility. Does not seem to be a priority for the company, today.

      Autonomy, growth opportunities, impact, work-life balance, innovative company, modern tech stack, friendly coworkers, low ego VillageMD is an innovative and key player in the healthcare space. Technology is centered around improving patient outcomes and experiences, as well as empowering physicians to focus on what matters most - caring for their patients.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but be prepared for a fast paced environment. For employees without a background in healthcare there can be a bit of a steep learning curve to understand the business model and gain context to the work.

      Pros

      The team is amazing, there is no one you can point your finger and say "hey, that guy is a dead weight to the team!". Everybody is kind and collaborative as well as very good technically. These guys have been like family to me and I wish I can stay here for a long long time!

      Cons

      Since we have a pretty cool remote culture, working in different time zones can be a challenge but other than that everything is pretty amazing!
