Pros

This is a great company and it starts with the leadership. VillageMD is helping patients to get access to care and they are doing it the right way.

Cons

Fast growing, but thats not completely a "con" or negative. It is good to be part of a company that is growing, period.

Pros

Using technology to meaningfully improve the state of healthcare. I like the work, I like the impact it has, I generally like the people I work with. From my experience, they have made a better-than-average effort to take care of their employees. Compensation is decent.

Cons

We are growing very quickly, which while great for the business, comes with its growing pains. I am watching the culture start to change a little bit in the tech team. I hope we hold on to most of what we already have.
