      Pros

      Super fast-paced environment. Data-driven with a strong analytics team and platform. Village at the audacity to take full risk contracts and the workflows to perform well in outcomes-based primary care.

      Cons

      Some things details get missed when growing at the pace, the team does its best to avoid these shortcomings but what VillageMD is doing has never been done before- there is no roadmap here.
