Pros

- Relatively flat organization. Smart colleagues with a strong enthusiasm for creating great products. Opportunities for growth, and taking on projects of personal interest.

Cons

- Design is in a nascent stage so there are growing pains, but hopefully they will be eased as we grow - Diversity, equity, and inclusion is being pioneered by a small group, but does not yet have organization-wide visibility. Does not seem to be a priority for the company, today.

Pros

Talented and smart co-workers, very mission driven, expanding rapidly. I've been glad to see that the technology culture is relatively ego-free and focused on improving patient outcomes.

Cons

People work hard but mostly because they care about the mission. Still having tough conversations around diversity & inclusion but the organization is receptive and learning.

Products and services provided by VillageMD are innovative and right where healthcare should be headed. The company is growing quickly and opportunities abound for career growth. The talent in the organization is exceptional.

Cons

Work space is limited. Culture is still being developed, so things aren't completely clear, though company is actively defining its desired culture.
