Pros

Benefits are great at Villanova, especially the free tuition. The administrative staff are typically very friendly and make you feel like your in a family environment.

Cons

At the law school there is a clear division between faculty and staff. Staff are made aware too often that they do not garner the same level of respect as the faculty. Promotion from within is sparse. Raises are not great.
