Pros

Opportunities for growth and tuition assistance. Also offers a lot of good benefits, generous sick time and personal time.

Cons

the only downside to working as a residential counselor is the low pay, and the training is long and could require much travel.

Vinfen invests a lot of training into their employees. They offer many ways for the front line DSWs to reach managers for support and guidance. Management understands its a tough job while insisting on competence and encouraging excellence.

Cons

Care industry is tough, high stress, and detailed- way too much paperwork.
